Meet the Family Behind Morgan Well & Pump

Owner - Mike

Meet the Owner of Morgan Well & Pump Inc!

Mike Morgan has owned MWP since 2001, but worked for his dad, Charlie Morgan before that. He has been around well work his whole life.

Mike handles all the business aspects of the company, meeting customers and working in the field when needed. Mike enjoys buying and fixing up old cars in his spare time.

Fun Fact about Mike, he eats a pack of Reese's Peanut Butter cups every day.

Tiffany

Tiffany handles all of the accounts payable and receivable for the company. She is married to Chris Morgan and has worked for MWP around six years.

She has three kids that keep her busy outside of work.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, camping, and re-doing spaces around her house.

Brittany

Brittany answers the phone and handles all the scheduling for all our drill crews and service crews. She is daughter to Mike Morgan and is married to Garrett Clause.

Brittany has officially worked here for over six years but been around well work her entire life and can answer questions just as well as the guys most of the time!

Outside of work, she is mom to two kids, and she enjoys camping and exercising.

Alethea

Alethea is vice president of the company. She and Mike own the company and have run it since 2001.

She used to handle the phone, scheduling, and accounts payable/receivable, before Brittany and Tiffany came along. She now helps in the office when needed but also watches the grandkids while their parents work.

We are truly a family business and couldn’t do it without her. Alethea enjoys walking and traveling with her family outside of work.

Joe

Joe has been with us for five years. He is our lead service technician. We call him our 2” well expert, too! He is a certified well contractor.

When he isn’t at work, he is spending time with his one-year-old son, Noland, and girlfriend, Caroline. He also enjoys working on 4-wheelers and other small engine projects.

Adam

Adam has been with us for a year and half. He has learned the ropes of service work pretty fast. He is currently waiting to take the exam to be a certified well contractor.

When Adam isn’t at work, he is spending time with his one-year-old daughter, Lily. He also likes to listen to music and play sports. 

Darrell

Darrell has been with us for close to three years. He is our expert is water softener systems and installations.

When Darrell isn’t busy with work, he’s fishing, hunting, and working on cars. He has three grown kids that he also spends time with whenever possible. 

Chris

Chris has been around well drilling basically his whole life. He started helping his dad and grandpa when he was a kid. He is a certified well contractor, and he would tell you that his favorite thing to do is drill wells.

Outside of work, he enjoys camping with his wife, Tiffany, and three kids. He also enjoys working on golf carts and old trucks.

Garrett

Garrett has been with us for four years. He helps on drilling crew and is currently waiting to take the well contractor’s exam to be certified.

Garrett is married to Brittany, and they have two kids. Garrett likes to watch races, go camping with family, and cook.

Roy

Roy has been helping on drilling crew for three years now. He also is good at just about anything we ask him to do around the shop.

Roy loves his dogs and spends his free time acting as a real-life pirate at the renaissance festival every year.
